                          Booking an Appointment

The Writing Center is a student staffed tutoring service. It is primarily appointment-based, but walk-ins are taken if a tutor is available. Booking an appointment in advance is strongly encouraged to ensure service availability.

Please note:
-You may make a 25- or 55-minute appointment.*
-If your paper is longer than four pages, you're an English language learner, or you're preparing for the PUG, select a 55-minute appointment.
-If it is a group paper/project, ALL members must be present for the appointment.

-Before making an appointment, you should review our What to Expect Page and you can review tutors' bios on our Staff Page.

To request an appointment, click on the following link.

Please use the pull-down menu to select the Round Rock Writing Center or the Webcam option.

Check your e-mail for your appointment confirmation and important instructions.

*If you can't keep your appointment or if you will be more than five minutes late, cancel it online as soon as possible to avoid the appointment being marked as missed and canceled. You will be blocked from our schedule if you miss or are late for three or more appointments in an academic semester.
