To request an appointment, click on the following link.

You may make a 25- or 55-minute appointment*.
If your paper is longer than four pages, you're an English language learner, or you're preparing
for the GSP, select a 55-minute appointment. Also, before making an appointment, you
may wish to review tutors' bios on our Staff Page
or our What to Expect Page.

Please use the pull-down menu to select the Round Rock Writing Center or the Online Writing Center.

Check your e-mail for your appointment confirmation and important instructions.

*If you can't keep your appointment or if you will be more than five minutes late, cancel it online as soon as possible to avoid the appointment being marked as missed and canceled. You will be blocked from our schedule if you miss or are late for three or more appointments in an academic year.

Walk-in tutoring is also available each day we are open and students can visit us during this time without making an appointment. Be aware that scheduled sessions have priority over walk-ins, but a tutor will help walk-in students as soon as possible. Students are also eligible to use the San Marcos Writing Center and, our online sessions. Sign up for online sessions on our website.
